Yep, these pics are from Sunday, the first day of Spring and it was about 30 degrees (barf). Putting on a winter coat was the last thing I wanted to do on the first day of Spring...but so it goes. I think I will wait until next month to pack away my coats and heavy sweaters. Although, now is a great time to buy a winter coat for next year... some of my favorites below.

sunglasses: banana republic (similar), cape: aritzia (similar), sweatshirt: gap (similar), tee: brandy melville (similar), jeans: h&m, bag: fossil, pumps: steve madden (similar)

My brandy melville tee is my favorite layering tee. You may not even notice it hanging out just below my sweatshirt, but without it, the outfit is just not the same. I need to replace this one since it has a small hole in it, but I am not going to part with it until I find one that is as perfect. The length is what makes it so great. It is 29 inches from the high point shoulder (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) down to the hem. So if you are looking for a great layering tee, I made sure all the similar tees I linked to below are the same length.

Spring is in the air! I actually bought this blouse a while back for a holiday party. It was one of the last ones on the sale rack. If you hadn't noticed thats kinda how I roll. I have a hard time paying retail unless I love an item and I have a hunch it's going to sell out. But even then, it's all just stuff and there will always be things on our wish lists, feel me?

J.Crew hat,  forever21 poncho, gap maternity sweatshirt (old, similar), fossil bag, h&m maternity jeans, target wedges (old, cute spring bootie)

I bought this Fossil bag to use as a diaper bag, and it's been great. But, I no longer carry diapers! We started potty training Major at the start of the new year and it was the best decision. Tyson and I feel like rock star parents(or we just got lucky). We didn't want two in Diapers and it was a much easier transition then we anticipated. In a couple months this bag will again hold diapers, teeny, tiny diapers and I can't wait.

Here are some other non-diaper bags that could double as one...

h&m sunglasses, gap bag (similar), h&m sweater (similar), forever21 top (similar), topshop maternity jeans (similar non-maternity jeans), steve madden booties

Tyson and I have always talked about only having two children. We still feel this way and after this little boy is here our family is going to be complete. Because we are having another boy, family and friends often ask us if we are going to have a third, you know, go for a girl. I'm 99% behind saying, no, we are not going to have a third child.

What does all this have to do with the outfit above? Well...since I consider this to be my last pregnancy, I am not trying too hard to add to my maternity wardrobe. Although if I was, these jeans and this dress would be on their way to me ;)  These topshop jeans are the only actual maternity item in this outift. The black "tunic top" is actually a dress I hemmed from it's original state of a basic t-shirt maxi dress. I have worn this outfit many times. I change it up with my shoes, sunnies, jewelry and bag.

Below are some accessories I thought would work well in rotation...

This Free People scarf is so warm and I have been wearing it almost everyday, plus it's on sale! Some other sales: H&M has cute beanies on sale and J.Crew currently has a big sale that ends tonight. These boots I was eyeing are still available in size 7&8... I might just have to get them ;)

Baby Boy Braun (take two)

I am so excited to share with y'all that we are having another baby, another little boy! We are thrilled and I can't wait to see all my boys together. I always had a feeling I would mother boys. I guess my intuition was right!

My non-maternity clothes got shelved earlier this time around. I did use the BellaBand throughout my first trimester and still wear it. I only owned one pair of maternity jeans (this pair) before this pregnancy. My pregnancy with Major was in the spring/summer. I learned that one pair of maternity jeans is not going to fly during the winter so I purchased this H&M pair. Below are more clothing details and some other non-maternity suggestions for a similar look.

I'm wearing: hat: forever21, top: anthropologie (on sale), coat: h&m (similar non-maternity coat), jeans: h&m (similar non-maternity jeans), booties: steve madden

Majors wearing: hat: gap (similar), coat: columbia (similar), corduroys: carters, shoes: nike

A few weeks ago I was early to meet a friend so I did some impromptu shopping at DSW. Some of the best finds happen when you aren't trying to find anything at all.
